Those with mental illness have wounds in need of healing. I practice understanding, encouragement, and honesty because those are the conditions under which healing takes place. I work with individuals, couples, and families to improve symptoms, increase a sense of connection to others, and allow for more authentic and assertive communication.

Hobbies
I enjoy baking/cooking, biking, and camping.
