Clinical Interests
I am still exploring my clinical interests and am open to working alongside clients of all backgrounds. I have a passion for working with children and like to focus on a regulation-first and trauma-informed approach to dealing with maladaptive behaviors. I have personal interests in topics including cultural psychology, the neurodiversity approach to understanding disability, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I identify with the LGBTQ population and use the pronouns she/her and they/them.
Hobbies
I enjoy doing crossword puzzles, going for walks, playing with my cats, spending time with my family, and playing video games. I love art and tend to gravitate toward painting portraiture. In order to relax after a long day, I like to drink hot tea and do yoga.
