Anna Heinzerling, MSW, LICSW
Anna is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Carlton College and her Master’s degree from Boston College. Anna provides psychotherapy for adolescents and families in the School Linked Mental Health Program at Plymouth Middle School. She has been working in the mental health field for over 10 years in residential, outpatient, and school settings.  Anna has extensive experience working with kids who have experienced trauma, children of all ages on the autism spectrum, and kids with a variety of other needs, including depression, anxiety, and ADHD.  She recognizes that middle school is a time of transition that can be stressful for a lot of students and families. Therapy can be useful tool in navigating these changes. Anna utilizes a client-centered approach to meet kids where they are at and collaborate with them and their families to reach their goals.

Carla Sachiko Wilson, MSW, LICSW
Carla is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. She earned her Master’s degree from the University of Minnesota. She started working in the School-Linked Mental Health Program as a Mental Health provider at Robbinsdale Armstrong High School in 2015. Prior to starting with People Incorporated, she interned at a school-based clinic within a Minneapolis Public School. She has always been passionate about early intervention and increasing children’s access to mental health services. Carla has worked with clients on many different types of concerns, but some of the most common have been anxiety, depression, difficulties in relationships, and adjusting to a major change. She draws from various therapeutic approaches depending on a client’s preferences and needs. She enjoys working as a team with her clients so they can achieve their goals in therapy. 

Eileen Schneider ATR, LMFT
Education: B.A. Art Education (U. of Wisconsin – LaCrosse), M. A. Counseling and Psychotherapy (Adler Graduate School)
Eileen actively incorporates art therapy into her work with children and families in a nonjudgmental, affirming way. She finds that guided self-expression with such simple techniques as putting marks on paper and working with other ordinary, but artful, materials inspire bodily responses that enhance her clients’ emotional, mental, and physical well-being. Her Adlerian background enables acting with the “courage to be imperfect” and promotes positive emotional development. She has chosen a school working environment, as it offers support and collaboration with teachers and staff, to enable a more holistic, client-centered therapeutic process that facilitates adjustment and learning.

Emily Papagapitos MSW, LGSW
Emily has her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Minnesota, and was an intern with the People Incorporated school-linked team before joining full time. She also interned as a school social worker with Minneapolis public schools and spent time at Fraser in clinical operations. Emily loves working with young kids in an elementary setting.

Farah Noorani, MSW, LICSW
Farah is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. She has her Master’s degree from the University of Michigan. Farah has been with the People Incorporated School Linked Mental Health Program since January 2018. She works part-time at Forest Elementary school where she provides therapy and support to K-5 students struggling with ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, developmental delays, emotional/ behavioral issues, school refusal, and depression. She works with families to provide psycho-education and support. Prior to this, Farah worked as a School Social Worker in the St. Paul Public School District. Her past experience in the school setting has provided her with a better understanding of the school system and knowledge of how to advocate for her clients to ensure their mental health needs are accommodated in the classroom. Believing that children learn, communicate, and develop skills best through play, Farah utilizes this medium along with other therapeutic modalities during therapy sessions. She is constantly researching and keeping up to date with best practice interventions for children’s mental health.

Lyvong Vue, MS
Lyvong is a Mental Health Professional with a passion for providing the utmost quality of services to individuals with mental health needs. Lyvong received his Master’s of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy at Saint Cloud State University. Lyvong’s vision is to ensure a safe atmosphere for clients to experience their vulnerabilities, share their stories, and learn new ways to manage their struggles. In his personal time, he enjoys traveling and sports.

Katelyn Donald, MA, LMFT
Katelyn a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been working in the mental health field for 5 and a half years. She received her Bachelor’s degree at Minot State University in Minot, ND, and her Master’s degree at Argosy University in Eagan, MN. She has worked in various settings, and has spent the last 4 years in a school-based setting. Her therapeutic style is eclectic, however, it leans more toward Narrative and Cognitive Behavioral therapy. The goal of Narrative therapy is to help clients re-author their stories (narratives) to construct new meanings for their experiences. The goal of Cognitive Behavioral therapy is to change distorted thoughts that lead to unwanted behavior and emotions. She believes change happens when we get the tools we need and are supported by healthy systems.

Jenna Seal, MA, LPCC
Jenna is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. Jenna earned her bachelor’s Psychology at University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and her master’s in Counseling Psychology at University of St. Thomas. She has experience working with children, adolescents and adults in a variety of settings including clinics, schools, and in-home services. Her areas of interest and expertise include: Trauma Focus Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, depression, anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder. In her spare times she enjoys traveling, being with her family and being a mom to her 2 children. She has a Siberian Husky named Kato and loves to cook

Kelsey Gaul, MSW, LICSW
Kelsey is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. She earned her master’s degree from Boston University. She has worked as a School-Linked School therapist in two elementary schools for 4 years. Kelsey provides individual psychotherapy for children in kindergarten through 5th grade. She believes in a client-centered, relational approach to working with individuals. She often utilizes mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral, insight-oriented, and play therapy techniques with her clients.

Keng Xiong, MA
Keng has his Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Cloud State University. He has worked previously as a CTSS worker and then served as a Lead Clinical Trainee for Helena Autism Therapy Center before coming to People Incorporated. At Helena Autism Therapy Center, Keng worked with children on the Autism Spectrum develop skills to help them manage symptoms related to Autism. Keng enjoys working with children and their families. During his time off, Keng enjoys playing video games, reading, traveling, fishing, and playing board games.

Jessie Niles Borg, MA
Jessie has worked with People Incorporated within the Robbinsdale school district for 2 years and has previously worked as an outpatient mental health practitioner. She has her Master’s degree from Argosy University. Having experienced working in an office where clients come to hourly therapy appointments, Jessie loves the flexibility and coordination that is present by being embedded in the school system. Jessie has experience working with clients from age 18 months to some in their 80s. She loves working with the elementary kiddos and their families in the Robbinsdale district and is honored to be a part of the Robbinsdale school community and lives of the families she serves.

Hannah Langholz, MSW, LICSW
Hannah is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. She earned her bachelor’s in social work at St. Olaf College and her master’s in social work at St. Catherine’s University and the University of St. Thomas. She has experience working with children, adolescents and adults in a variety of settings ranging from infant/early childhood education and in-home skills work, to an intensive outpatient DBT clinic and a child and adolescent psychiatric inpatient hospital. She has been with the People Incorporated School Linked Program since January 2019. Her areas of interest and expertise include: dialectical behavior therapy, exposure therapy, depression, anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. In her spare time she enjoys swimming, playing board games, and volunteering at the animal humane society. She loves animals and hopes to get a dog soon.

Kat Kinch DMFT, LMFT
Kat is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She has her doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University. She has 20 years of experience in the social service field and previously worked as a school-based provider for the Minneapolis School District before coming to People Incorporated. Kat has worked with a variety of mental health diagnoses and has experience with Trauma, Attention Deficit Hyper Activity, Anxiety, and Depressive Disorders. Kat has also studied models for best practice provision of mental health interventions in school districts and takes a systems and trauma based approach in her work. Kat has enjoyed her years as a school based providers and being able to connect with students in such a unique environment.

Nikki Sharpe, MSW, LICSW
Nikki is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social worker. She has her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and her Master’s Degree from University of St Thomas/College of St. Catherine. Nikki has been a School-Linked therapist at Coon Rapids Middle since 2016. Prior to being a School-Linked therapist, Nikki worked as a mental health specialist in a level III k-2 classroom. In the classroom, Nikki was able to provide in the moment skills coaching, individual therapy, group therapy and family therapy. In her free time, you can catch Nikki coaching an area high school dance team or at the dog park with her rescue chiweenie, Arlo

Lynsey Sullivan, MA
Lynsey has been in the behavioral health field since 2005. The start of her career was as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in outpatient and inpatient settings. She has a Master’s from St. Mary’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has worked with adults and children, families and individuals whom were incarcerated. Since 2017, she has been working with People Incorporated’s School Linked Mental Health Services program as a Mental Health Therapist supporting kids with a variety of emotional and behavioral concerns across the spectrum at Park Center High School. High School age kids have always been her favorite population to work with. She is committed and passionate about her work with kids. Fun Fact: She currently lives with her sister, nephew and 2 dogs. She loves spending time outside, spending time with my family and watching sports
