We work with homeless adults with Chemical Dependency issues listening to their stories and helping them achieve goals that include housing, safety, stability and recovery. The transition to permanent housing is made in stages (as necessary) and staff work to create a service environment where individuals feel at ease, out of danger, with flexible support services to meet their needs.
The goals we set
The goal of this service is to engage individuals experiencing homelessness and chemical dependency issues in the east metro through drop in and case management services.
