Clinical Interests
It is important to me that everyone feels seen and heard. I encourage non-verbal and verbal processing through art therapy using strengths-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed theoretical lenses. I support youth to collaboratively increase physical, emotional, and mental awareness while (re)discovering their authentic self. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, autism, trauma, LGBTQ+, and transgender clients.

Hobbies
Creating art with a variety of materials, anything outside (kayaking, hiking, camping), traveling and exploring, reading, and gardening.
