York Mental Health Clinic
Education
BSW, University of St. Thomas
MSW, University of St. Thomas and St. Catherine University
Clinical Interests
My clinical interests include working with children, teenagers, adults, and families. I utilize a trauma-informed, holistic, person-centered and strengths-based approach, seeking first to develop a positive and trusting relationship with each person. I have experience utilizing cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral approaches in managing mental health symptoms and life’s stressors. I work to learn about each person’s unique experience as well as the tools they already use to navigate the world, supporting them in building new skills for the future.
Hobbies
In my free time, you can find me spending time with my family and friends, reading, spending as much time outside as possible, gardening, taking walks and playing with my dogs.
