Clinical Interests
My clinical experience includes working with children, families, and adults. I have worked with individuals with severe mental illness, trauma histories, behavioral and academic concerns, and a variety of mental health symptoms, including anxiety, depression, attachment issues, and interpersonal difficulties. I am interested in providing a safe and welcoming space for clients to work toward their goals. I often utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and play therapy, and I strive to approach clients with a strengths-based, nonjudgmental lens.
Hobbies
I enjoy spending time with my pets, friends, and family. My hobbies include reading, going for walks, listening to true crime podcasts, traveling, and watching streaming television.
