Clinical Interests
My clinical interests include working with adults who experience concerns with depression, anxiety, substance use, and trauma. I use a person-centered, collaborative counseling approach that focuses on supporting individuals in increasing their understanding of themselves, determining their goals, and exploring strategies for increasing their personal wellness and sense of meaning in life.  My counseling theory is grounded in existential-humanism and incorporates systems theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused approaches, and holistic strategies to support individuals in navigating life’s challenges.

Hobbies
I enjoy creative writing, reading, and exploring new places and ideas.
