Clinical Interests
My clinical interests are to work with adults and adolescents with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder. I work with people using Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and strengths-based interventions.

In my free time, I enjoy gardening, hiking, camping, reading, traveling, and walking my dog.
