Clinical Interests
My clinical interests include working with adolescents and older adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, and self-esteem issues. I come from a strengths-based perspective and work to empower individuals to use and discover the abilities they have within and provide psychoeducation to learn and develop coping skills to deal with life’s difficulties. I use several approaches depending on the individual, including Seeking Safety, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
