Clinical Interests
I am not currently seeing clients for therapy as I provide leadership and support to our clinics. As a service provider, you can expect that I am committed to the belief that you will be able to change and heal. At times, life may leave a person unsettled and searching for answers in the midst of needed change. My approach is to assist you through your process.

Our goal together is that we will work through your experiences to achieve a state of stability and renewal. I would like the opportunity to support you in living a principle-based life with the authenticity that you deserve. I have 20 years of experience in the field of mental health and have worked with a broad range of life problems. I incorporate a strengths-based approach along with mindfulness techniques, solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral therapies to help clients with working through their issues.

My specialties include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, and substance abuse. For clients who request it, I explore with them how principles of spirituality can support their journey of healing.

I appreciate maintaining an active lifestyle and enjoy spending time with family and friends. When commuting between locations you will find me catching up on podcasts.
