Clinical Interests
My clinical interests include working with individuals and couples. I utilize techniques from various modalities, including person-centered therapy, harm reduction approaches, dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and emotionally focused therapy.

I spend most of my time with family, friends, and dogs. I love reading, movies, and the Minnesota State Fair.
