Whether you are an individual seeking help or a mental health practitioner who wants to refer a client, our Central Access team of navigators can connect you to the appropriate service in our mental health care continuum. We are a 501(c)3 tax-exempt status nonprofit organization that serves individuals with mental illness in the Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota, area.
