This creation came from experimenting with acrylic paint markers and imitating displayed works I had seen at my Veterinary’office.

Using watered down acrylics, I wanted to create a visual representation of my appreciation for Minnesota wildflowers and the healing powers of nature.

I used straight acrylics to specifically create depth and bring a felling of flow to this abstract piece.

I used water soluble oil pastels to create these pieces individually, then paired them together; finally I cut the matt by hand in the shape of Yin and Yang to highlight their compatability.
