Clinical Interests
Each person has the wisdom and inherent ability to grow and change. In therapy, I support folks in developing new skills, increasing understanding, deepening self-awareness, and moving towards that change. I am a generalist eclectic, meaning I pull from many different approaches in my work and tailor my approach to each individual.  I have worked in the mental health field in a variety of roles since 2009; much of my experience has been working with adults that have serious and persistent mental illnesses, disabilities, co-occurring substance use disorders, chronic health conditions, and who have experienced trauma. 

Hobbies
I enjoy being in nature and reading.
