Clinical Interests
I have worked with children and teens ranging from 7-18 years of age for several years. I also have previous experience working with vulnerable adults. I have experience supporting clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, ASD, FASD, etc. When working with an individual, my goal is to create a safe and comfortable environment. My aim is to provide tools and skills to work through difficulties a person may face. These skills could include coping skills, assertive communication, hygiene, boundaries, dealing with conflict, staying on task, and more. I help clients by being an active listener, being accountable, being reliable, and having a good sense of humor.

Hobbies
I enjoy playing volleyball, hiking, board games, being with friends and family, and playing with my dog in my free time.
