May is Mental Health Month, a time for us to reflect on what mental health looks like in our own lives –
- What enhances our mental well-being?
- Where can we turn when we’re struggling?
- How might we support our neighbors who might need a helping hand now?
This Mental Health Month, we hope you’ll join us in an exploration of what mental health means to you and your community. Be sure to check out our social media – Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram, for opportunities to share what mental health means to you, and hear from some of our staff on why this work is important to them personally, not just professionally.
Finally, as we kick off this important awareness month, it is also the start of GiveMN’s “Spring Forward” campaign.
Many People Incorporated programs were affected by the pandemic, and as we look to the future, your support will serve to strengthen our service model, support our workforce and increase our community impact.
