FOX9 News recently broadcast a segment on People Incorporated’s Homeless Services programs, which help homeless people with mental illness get off the street, get medical care, and eventually move into stable housing.
“Hidden Homeless Society” is a project that’s been 12 months in the making, but FOX 9 Investigator Jeff Baillon and photographer Ron Johnson explored a hidden society in the Twin Cities where people live outside year-round and one man’s quest to help the homeless get back on their feet.
