We are pleased to announce that the Star Tribune has named People Incorporated as one of the “Top Workplaces 2011″—a list of the 140 best places to work in Minnesota. The list was published on Sunday, June 19, 2011.
The evaluation for the Top Workplaces program is based upon feedback from an employee survey, and recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions about organizational leadership, communication, career opportunities, workplace environment, managerial skills, pay, and benefits. Over 1,200 organizations were invited to participate in the survey, and over 60,500 employees shared their view.
For People Incorporated, more than 290 employees returned the survey—more than half of our entire workforce. We are honored to be included in the list of Top Workplaces, especially since the judges were our employees!
